Noëlle Michel (b. 1979) became a professional translator in 2013 and translates books since 2017. She translates fiction, nonfiction and children books from Dutch into French. She lives and works in Ghent (Belgium).
She is a.o. the French translator of children books from Tom Schamp (Albin Michel Jeunesse) and Matilda Masters (La Martinière Jeunesse), of nonfiction books from Jan Brokken (The Just, Noir sur Blanc), Dirk De Wachter (La Martinière) and Marian Donner (In Praise of Wilder Lives, Cherche Midi), and of novels from Ewoud Kieft (The Imperfected, Actes Sud) and Hanna Bervoets (We had to remove this post, Le bruit du monde).
